Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry - Member Spotlight!

One of our wonderful Quarters members, Mary, runs a food pantry out of Grace Lutheran Church in Omaha, Nebraska. Along with a handful of veteran volunteers, Mary provides groceries to families and households through the church’s kitchen. Volunteers also deliver food to homes that are unable to visit the pantry.

The Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry receives donations from places like Trader Joes and Whole Foods. Families receive fresh meat, eggs, dairy, and non-perishable items each week. Over the holidays, Mary was able to collect donations from the church to gift families with crock-pots. We are proud to have someone in our neighborhood who gives back to the community and consistently works to provide for neighbors!
